Experience

Ms. Ashley Prager Popowitz practices in the Bankruptcy Department. Over the last six years, she has focused solely on bankruptcy representation. Prior to joining McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, she focused primarily on debtor protection. This experience provided her with a unique perspective and strong background to diligently represent creditors.

Education and Admissions

Ms. Popowitz graduated from the University at Albany in 2005 and Nova Southeastern University in 2009. Upon graduation, Ms. Popowitz joined Leiderman Shelomith, P.A. as an associate attorney where she practiced solely in bankruptcy matters ranging from Debtor representation in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 matters, creditors’ rights, and Chapter 7 Trustee representation.  Ms. Popowitz joined the Bankruptcy Department of McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC in 2014.
