John Schlotter is an attorney with McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC. He has over 30 years of bankruptcy experience being admitted to the Bar of the State of California in 1980 and admitted to the Bar of the State of Georgia in 1999.  He has represented  mortgage lenders and servicers nationwide in bankruptcy matters including Chapter 11 cases for the past 16 years and has represented business owners and debtors prior to that time.  He has been involved in assisting clients with Bankruptcy Rule and Code updates and compliance issues involving mortgage servicing and lending.

Attorney Schlotter graduated from the University of South Florida, in Tampa, Florida in 1972 with a B.A. in Business Administration with majors in Economics and Finance, and obtained his J.D. from Western State University College of Law (know known as Thomas Jefferson School of Law) in San Diego, California in 1979. He is admitted to practice law in the:
