Matthew W. Penhale is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Alabama Foreclosure and Title Clearance Group. Mr. Penhale has been working with real estate mortgages since he graduated from law school. For the past 3 years Mr. Penhale has been working as an Associate Attorney for a firm that specialized in creditor’s rights law handling matters such as title curative, foreclosure, evictions, bankruptcy, and REO. Before working on the legal side of things, Mr. Penhale got invaluable experience on the client side of things, while working as a Special Assets Officer for a community bank in Alabama. Mr. Penhale’s unique mix of experience on both the attorney and client sides makes him an invaluable resource when trying to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.
Education and Admissions
Mr. Penhale graduated from Troy University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2009. He went on to graduate from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law and be admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2012.
