Mr. Schroeder is a Senior Litigation Associate with McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC. His practice focuses on litigation representing mortgage servicers in foreclosures, appeals, and mechanics liens. Prior to joining McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC in 2012, Mr. Schroeder practiced in personal injury, civil rights and criminal defense litigation.
Mr. Schroeder represents national mortgage servicers, national, regional and local banks and lending institutions as well as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He has successfully represented lending institutions and servicers in dozens of appeals securing favorable results, including the following recently published opinions:
PennyMac Corp. v. Colley, 2015 IL App (3d) 140964, 47 N.E.3d 564, appeal denied, 48 N.E.3d 1093 (Ill. 2016)

Education and Admissions
Mr. Schroeder graduated cum laude from The John Marshal Law School. At The John Marshall Law School, he was a Herzog Scholar and Staff Editor of the Journal of Computer and Information Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Schroeder received his undergraduate degree at Illinois State University.
