Adam Silver is a Managing Partner with McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC and leads the firm’s Financial and Title Services Group, focusing on the representation of financial institutions, investors, and mortgage servicers. Admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida, Mr. Silver has broad experience handling real estate transactions and advising clients in the areas of secured transactions, regulatory compliance, real estate title, mortgage default, workout, and loss mitigation.
Mr. Silver has written numerous articles and has been asked to speak at continuing legal education seminars, national conference and seminar panels, and webinars. He serves as chair of the US Financial Network’s Legal Issues Committee. He is also past chair of the American Legal and Financial Network’s Consumer Lending Statutes Committee.
Education and Admissions
Mr. Silver graduated from Emory University School of Business, before completing his J.D. at Mercer Law School. He joined McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC in 2006 and became a managing partner in 2010. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Georgia and Florida.
