Experience

Jennifer currently holds the position of Associate Counsel in the Real Estate Department focusing on real estate closings and evictions.  Her experience includes the sale, purchase or refinancing of residential property as well as handling evictions for lenders and individual landlords.   She has been with the firm since November 2007, where she gained experience first as a paralegal on the Judgment Team of the Foreclosure Department and then as Associate Counsel with the Foreclosure Mediations Department before moving to the Real Estate department.  She was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 2008, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut in 2011 and before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, DC in 2012. 

 

Jennifer received her Juris Doctor in 2005 from the Quinnipiac University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement Administration from the University of New Haven in 1998. She is currently a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the New Haven County Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.

Education and Admissions

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor in 2005 from the Quinnipiac University School of Law located in Hamden, Connecticut. She served as a Senator for the Student Bar Association, Treasurer and Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, Vice-President and President of the Family and Juvenile Law Society and as an Admissions Ambassador. She was awarded the Sappern Fellowship and received special recognition for Service to the Community and Service to the Law School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement Administration with a concentration in clinical psychology from the University of New Haven in 1998.
