Mr Ustler is an attorney in McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC's Florida Litigation & Trial Practice Group where he focuses on creditors' rights. Mr. Ustler represents mortgage lenders and servicers in a wide range of civil litigation matters including real property foreclosure, code violation liens and remediation, tax deed sales and redemptions, quiet title actions, HOA/COA lien disputes, title curative litigation, eminent domain, and condominium terminations. Mr. Ustler joined McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce in 2010 while attending law school as a legal assistant/law clerk and transitioned to an attorney position in April, 2013. Prior to joining McCalla, Mr. Ustler gained experience working in the field of creditors' rights at other Florida law firms.

Mr. Ustler graduated from the University of Florida in 2008. He graduated from Florida A&M University, College of Law, magna cum laude, as number 2 in his class and a Member of the Law Review.
