Biography
As a young adult, I enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves as soon as I could after 9/11 terrorist attacks. A year after completing my initial basic training, I deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraq Freedom III, attached to the 3rd Armored Calavary Regiment in Tal Afar, Iraq. After finishing my challenging deployment, I came home to complete college, while also facing a second deployment. After college, I sought employment with the federal government, eventually being hired into the Department of Veterans Affairs’ contracting intern program in New York City. While working in contracting for various agencies in the NYC area, I attended evening classes at New York Law School. Concentrating in finance and business, my aim was to enter the financial legal world. Therefore, I am very excited to start my practice here at MRLP!
