Biography
Benjamin Staskiewicz is a Partner with McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC. With over 17 years of foreclosure experience, over 20 years of bankruptcy experience and 23 years of litigation experience, Mr. Staskiewicz primarily practices in state, federal, tribal and bankruptcy courts in the state of Connecticut. He is a Partner in the Litigation Department in the Connecticut office and oversees management of contested foreclosure cases. Attorney Staskiewicz had previously worked as litigation counsel for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee handling trustee litigation and general bankruptcy matters. Attorney Staskiewicz also managed a default service firm’s bankruptcy department that handled six practice states.
