Davida Hayes joined the Firm in January 2016, bringing with her 20 plus years of experience in default servicing. As the Director of Quality Control and Reporting for the Firm, Ms. Hayes oversees a team of employees who are responsible for handling client scorecards and producing client status reports. Her group has employees in multiple MRLP locations whose job is to ensure client scorecards are assessed accordingly as well as ensure foreclosure procedures are updated to correspond with client directives.
Additionally, her team is involved in compiling files for client audits and responding to findings that may arise. Another area for which Ms. Hayes’ group has responsibility is completing internal file audits which help to ensure MRLP is constantly aware of any issues that may arise when working on a client’s file. This allows the business units to change procedures accordingly and assures that MRLP stays in compliance with their clients’ requirements.
