Biography
As the Managing Partner of the Firm’s Illinois Foreclosure Department, Douglas Oliver focuses his practice primarily on real estate title clearance matters. Attorney Oliver oversees all of the legal issues, compliance, and process issues that pertain to the Illinois foreclosure process. Mr. Oliver is an experienced trial lawyer of over 20 years with a lengthy track record of success with contested title matters and appellate practice. Mr. Oliver has substantial experience in the trial of all title-related matters, including foreclosure. In addition to this, Mr. Oliver is a frequent speaker and panelist at default servicing and industry events.
