Biography
As a Partner in the Georgia Litigation Group, Lisa handles foreclosure, transactions, evictions, title issues, appeals, litigation, collection, and lien placement. In addition to this, Lisa participates in removal for all commercial matters as well as general litigation involving consumer borrowers and transaction. As part of the consumer practice, Lisa engages in title curative actions, general litigation, TILA and RESPA issues, injunctions, and equitable matters for secured creditors. Lisa also handles commercial transactions for both large and small businesses, including but not limited to, contractors, sub-contractors, private equity funds and other private lenders. Lisa is admitted to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in the state of Georgia.
