Biography
Phil Schroeder is a Senior Litigation Attorney with McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC. Mr. Schroeder represents national mortgage servicers as well as regional and local lenders. Attorney Schroeder handles all aspects of litigation for residential and commercial foreclosures, title curative actions, lien priority litigation, mechanics liens, forfeitures and post-foreclosure disputes with contractors. In addition to this, Mr. Schroeder has significant experience in appeals securing favorable results for his clients.
